Effective immediately, we are suspending our Build On Your Lot program. This was not a decision we came to lightly, but Hurricane Harvey has caused delays in the construction of our other homes. We were forced to make a choice between not taking on any BOYL projects, and lowering our standards on the homes already in progress. That’s really not much of a choice. We are unwilling to rush our homes, or cut corners on the finished products. We’ve worked too hard to build a reputation of building a quality home to throw it away trying to take on more business. We’ll revisit this decision again in early 2018 and see if we’ve gotten enough homes finished to reinstate the program. No customers will be affected by this change. Every commitment we have made will be honored, we just can’t take on any additional custom projects at this time.
