The houses they build are truly top notch- great layout, amazing quality, and beautiful. Marc was easily available during our entire building process and always available to answer questions. After moving in- they have always stood to their word with any warranty issues, etc (which hardly ever happened). My husband and I have loved our home so much that we have decided to purchase another home from City Cottage for our growing family.
